Scanning your products assigns the RFID tags to the products they are applied to. This allows the system to recognize the products associated with each RFID sticker when you stock your fridge and when your customers remove items from the fridge. Scanning products is quick and simple. The video below walks you through this process.
Dashboard Tab: Product
Turn on your Bluetooth scanner and plug the USB adaptor into your computer device.
Click on the Product tab on your dashboard.
Select the product for which you are assigning stickers and click on the blue edit icon on the right of the product's row
Scroll down to Assign Tag to Product, and click "Assign".
The following window will appear:
Use your cursor to click on the empty field so that it glows:
Holding your Bluetooth Scanner 3-6” away from the product’s sticker, click the orange button on your scanner to scan your sticker. The EPC codes will be displayed. When you have finished scanning all products of this type, click “Next”. You will see a tally of all the codes assigned. NOTE: Our system will automatically merge duplicate codes.
