You have the option to connect your fridge to your local network via ethernet cable or through WiFi. To connect your fridge to WiFi, your network must meet the following requirements:

  1. Compatibility: It works with WiFi standards 802.11g and 802.11n.

  2. Security: It is secured with WPA2-PSK. In other words, it cannot connect if the network uses a landing page (i.e. free airport wifi, some hotel rooms, etc) or advanced security like 802.1X.

  3. SSID Visibility: The WiFi network name (SSID) must be visible and not hidden.

  4. IP Address: The IP address provided should be at most single NAT-ed (meaning it should pass through only one layer of network address translation).

If these requirements are met, please submit a ticket to request connecting your fridge to WiFi.
