Unplug the fridge.
Open the control box and locate the telemeter in the top right:
Find a black cord coming from the hole on the bottom right of the control box that connects to the telemeter.
Gently unplug this connection
Best Case Scenario: If you have a voltage meter, unplug the connection and confirm there is power coming from the telemeter cord that feeds into this connection: Find the slot where the red wire feeds into and probe it with your voltage meter.
If there is power, move on to the next step. If there is no power, please submit a ticket notifying the FoodSpot team.
Reconnect the wires gently.
Plug the fridge in and see if the card reader works. If not, move on to the next step
Unplug the fridge again and unscrew the credit card reader mount with a security star tip screw driver (photographed below). Make sure to hold the reader so it does not swing down and cause unnecessary damage to the cord.

Resecure the mount, plug the fridge in, and see if the card reader works. If the card still does not work, submit a ticket to the FoodSpot team notifying them that you have followed these steps.
