Quick Checks

Check product placement

  • Do not push items directly against the back wall.

  • Keep vents clear for airflow.

Check humidity & traffic

  • High humidity or frequent door openings can cause temporary condensation.

  • This usually resolves once the fridge cycles and your fridge is okay.

Check the door seal.

  • Close a dollar bill in the door.

  • If it slides out easily, the gasket may be leaking warm air, and you should submit a ticket.

Wipe & monitor

  • Wipe away the water.

  • Check back after 1–2 hours to see if the trickle returns. If a trickle returns within this time, submit a ticket.

Check the fan

  • Listen to hear if the fan is running. If the fan is not running, submit a ticket.

‼️ Reminders

  • Units must be in a conditioned environment.

  • Avoid overloading shelves or blocking vents.

  • Always stock products with space for airflow.
