My Fridge Isn't Opening

Error Message: "Sorry for the inconvenience caused but the chiller is locked. Please contact the admin for further details. "

Your fridge will lock down automatically if it breaches the temperature limit of 64ยฐ F for more than 10 minutes. This will prevent your customers from making purchases or delivery people from stocking. You need to re-allow access from the dashboard to check products and begin selling again. To do so, follow the directions below:

Dashboard Tab: Smart Fridge

  1. Click on the Smart Fridge dashboard tab

  2. You will see a list of all your smart fridges. The locked fridge displays the "Unlock" button in the right-most column.

  3. Check the temperature log by clicking on the current temperature.

  4. Determine the time the food was out of temp.

  5. Based on your judgment and product mix, if the food is still safe to eat, click the unlock button for you and your customers to gain access to the fridge again. If they are spoiled, only click unlock when you are ready to go to the fridge and rotate the products.
