Cantaloupe Connection Test
Check the connection of your Cantaloupe reader
As a FoodSpot-Cantaloupe operator, you rely on two connections:

FoodSpot connection - this allows you to manage all the activity of your fridge from the Microstore Status tab on your dashboard.

Cantaloupe connection - this allows your microstore to accept payments and unlock.
If your card reader goes offline often, while your FoodSpot connection is online. You can check your Cantaloupe connection strength with the following instructions:

Press the RSSI button:

Walk to the front of your fridge. You should see the following on your credit card reader: CSQ: ##,##.

The first two-digit number ranges from 00-30 and represents signal strength. Anything over 15 is good. If the signal strength is low, consider moving the fridge to a location with better service. You may also purchase a high-gain antenna to improve the connection.

The second two-digit number represents signal interference. Anything below 02 is acceptable. If interference is high, consider moving the fridge to a location with fewer metal objects, but ensure the signal strength is also sufficient in that location.
