Head to Settings > Customer App Settings > Manual App Notification tab on your dasbhoard:

You will see the following screen:

Select the Microstore whose customers you want to notify. When no machine is selected, the messages will be sent to all consumers, including those who have not made any purchases.

Hit Send.
