How to check the connectivity status of your microstore

these instructionsYou can view your smart fridge's connectivity status right from your dashboard. If your fridge is offline, try these troubleshooting steps.

  1. Click on the Microstore Status dashboard tab

  3. Click (ONLINE/OFFLINE) to check the fridge’s online status:

  4. A pop-up will appear with the following connectivity information. It is normal for your microstore to have brief offline periods as it relies on cellular connectivity. If your connection is unstable or your uptime is less than 95%, submit a ticket.

 

Cantaloupe Operators: If you have a Cantaloupe credit card reader, you rely on a separate Cantaloupe connection in addition to the FoodSpot connection discussed above. If your microstore status is online, but your reader is not accepting payments, please follow these instructions.
