Checking the Connection Between the Cantaloupe Telemeter and Card Reader (Cantaloupe)
How to check the physical connections between your Cantaloupe ePort and card reader (a.k.a. bezel)

Unplug the fridge.

Open the control box and locate the telemeter in the top right:

Find a black cord coming from the hole on the bottom left of the control box that connects to the telemeter.

Gently unplug this connection
Best Case Scenario: If you have a voltage meter, unplug the connection and confirm there is power coming from the telemeter cord that feeds into this connection: Find the slot where the red wire feeds into and probe it with your voltage meter.If there is power, move on to the next step. If there is no power, please submit a ticket.

Reconnect the wires gently.

Plug the fridge in and see if the card reader works. If not, move on to the next step

Resecure the mount, plug the fridge in, and see if the card reader works. If the card still does not work, submit a ticket, and include that you have followed these steps.
