Why is my credit card reader not working?

If the fridge has power, but your Cantaloupe credit card reader is offline, call Cantaloupe customer support at (888) 561-4748. If you are a campus, call (501) 267-5303. Have your ePort serial number ready. You can find this serial number on the telemeter at the top right of your control box:

If the fridge does not have power but is plugged in, submit a support ticket at the top of the page.
