Add/Edit/Delete Dashboard Users

Add or delete a manager / team member / employee.

You can easily add or remove dashboard access for your employees as your team evolves.

Dashboard Tab: Account

Add a user

  1. On the Account tab of your dashboard, click “Add User” on the right-hand side of your listed company:


  2. You will be taken to the user creation page. All fields except Card ID are required. For the password field, you need to include

    1. A capital letter i.e. "A"

    2. A special character i.e. "!"

    3. A number i.e. "3"

    Role: for delivery staff, select “Staff”. For full access to the dashboard, select “Manager.”

  3. The user will NOT receive an email, so you need to give them their username and the temporary password you created for them.

  4. Remember, all persons who are operating the microstore need to take the launch course. If this person will be operating the microstore, please send them the link to the course.

Edit or Remove User

  1. Click “View User” on the main Account screen:

  2. Click the edit or “x” button to edit or remove a user, respectively
