Add/Edit/Delete Dashboard Users

Add or delete a manager / team member / employee.

You can easily add or remove dashboard access for your employees as your team evolves.

Dashboard Tab: Account

Add a user

  1. On the Account tab of your dashboard, click “Add User” on the right-hand side of your listed company:


  2. You will be taken to the user creation page. All fields except Card ID are required. For the password field, you need to include

    1. A capital letter i.e. "A"

    2. A special character i.e. "!"

    3. A number i.e. "3"

  3. The user will NOT receive an email, so you need to give them their username and temporary password which you created for them.

    1. Role: for delivery staff, select “Staff”. For full access to the dashboard, select “Manager.”

Edit or Remove User

  1. Click “View User” on the main Account screen:

  2. Click the edit or “x” button to edit or remove a user, respectively
