Launch promotions and discounts. View or delete existing promotions and discounts.

Minimize waste, build brand loyalty, and maximize profits by launching promotions on new products or products nearing expiration.

Dashboard Tab: Promotions

Create a Promotion

  1. Head to the Promotion tab on your dashboard.

  2. Click the Add Promo button on the top right:

  3. Click “Discount”

  4. You will be taken to the following screen

  5. Fill out the required information:

    1. What to Discount? Select what you would like to discount: (Type, Category, Product) and the quantity each customer can purchase under the discount. For example, if you want to discount a specific product and limit it to 1 per customer:

    2. Constraint By:

      1. Location: Select the fridge for which you want the discount to be effective.

      2. Timing: Select the days of the week for which you want the discount to be effective.

    3. Discount Type: Select the type of discount

      1. Amount Type: discount by a certain dollar amount. For example, to discount an item by $1:

      2. Percentage Type: discount by a certain percentage

      3. Fixed Price: fix the item at a specific price

    4. Promo Start/Promo End: Set the beginning and end of your promotion

    5. Promo Name: add a name for internal labeling.

    6. Check the “Active” box if you wish to launch the campaign now. You can always leave this unchecked, submit the promotion first, and launch it later

  6. Click “Submit

View Your Promotions

  1. On the main Promotions tab screen, click the “+” button on the Discount bar:

  2. Click on the promotion you wish to view
    ​
