Sometimes, you may want to award credits to a customer to build brand loyalty and drive ROI.
Dashboard Tab: Consumers
Look up the customer info page by following these instructions.
You will be taken to the following screen. Click the “Award” button
Enter the amount you want to credit to the account and a note if desired. Click the "Transfer" button to complete the award.
