How do I see smart fridge connectivity? How do I check if my fridge is online? How do I check the cellular connection of my fridge?

You can view your smart fridge's connectivity status right from your dashboard.

Dashboard Tab: Smart Fridge

  1. Click on the Smart Fridge dashboard tab

  2. You will see the following information of all your smart fridges:

  3. Click (ONLINE/OFFLINE) to check the fridge’s online status:

  4. A pop-up appears with the following connectivity information. You should see data in the table under Latest Events.

NOTE: If your fridge shows an online status but data in the table under Latest Events:

  1. Connect the fridge to your internet router or modem with an ethernet cable. When plugging the ethernet cable into your fridge, be sure to plug it into the router in the WAN port:

  2. Go back to your dashboard and click "Online" to see connection history:

  3. Check if data populates in the Latest Events table. If data populates, your fridge is in a location with a weak cell signal and needs to be moved. If the fridge needs to be in the current location, it will need to be connected to the ethernet cable during operation or connected to Wifi. If you would like to connect your fridge to Wifi, please contact our team at [email protected].

    If data still does not populate, our team will need to run diagnostics while the fridge is plugged into ethernet. In this case, please contact [email protected].
