My Fridge Temperature is Fluctuating (This is NORMAL!)

Why does my fridge temperature rise? The temperature is fluctuating / doesn't stay cold.

 

If you see fluctuations in your temperature log, please remember:

  • Temperature fluctuation in refrigeration is normal.

  • Our temperature monitoring system is extremely granular, so it shows fluctuation more clearly than the industry is used to seeing

  • When customers open the fridge, the temperature is bound to rise. The health department's only concern is if the fridge is staying below a certain temperature when it is closed
