If your stickers are not being read (EPC codes are not populating), check the following:
Your Bluetooth reader is on
The correct USB connecter is plugged into your device. Make sure the serial number on the back of the scanner matches the one on the back of the usb connector:
Make sure you have clicked into the EPC field so that it glows blue:
