Not Accepting Payments (Cantaloupe)
What to do when your Cantaloupe credit card reader is offline or not accepting payments.
This article is only fof FoodSpot operators who use Cantaloupe.
As a FoodSpot-Cantaloupe operator, you rely on two connections:

FoodSpot Connection - this allows the fridge to lock/unlock and send data to your dashboard.

Cantaloupe Connection - this allows your microstore to accept payments (for Cantaloupe-FoodSpot operators only).
If you see the message "Cards Offline by Vendor", "Unable to accept a card", or a blank lit screen, follow the instructions below:
- First check your FoodSpot connection by going to Microstore Status. If your microstore is offline, follow these instructions to get the fridge back online. If it is online, move on to the next step.
