How to gift credits to your App customers

Awarding credits to a customer to builds brand loyalty and drives sales

  1. Head to the Settings > Customer App Settings > Customers.  Find the customer you wish to award by searching by name, card, email, or mobile number

  2. You will be taken to the following screen. Click the “Award” button

  3. Enter the amount you want to credit to the account and a note if desired. Click the "Transfer" button to complete the award.
