Identify a Detached Sticker

Sometimes, you find an RFID sticker that has fallen off or has been peeled off by a customer. In these situations, you can identify the sticker with the following instructions

  1. Head to the Smart Sticker Lookup tab of your dashboard.

  2. Make sure your bluetooth scanner is turned on and the USB connector is plugged into your laptop.

  3. Click into the search field so that it glows blue:

  4. Scan the sticker by holding the bluetooth scanner within 3” - 6” and pressing the orange button.

  5. The field should populate with the EPC code:

  6. Click “Search”, and the product details will appear:
